A favorite treat from Japan, Beard Papa’s cream puffs are made fresh daily and are baked, not fried.  The shells are made of a double-layer of soft French “choux” and outside “pie crust”.  Each puff is filled with a whipped-cream custard when the order is placed to ensure optimum freshness and quality.   No preservatives are used and flavors are created with the highest quality ingredients.
