WARD CENTERS WELCOMES FOUR NEW STORES

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  9/3/10 - Ward Centers is welcoming four new merchants to its family of more than 135 shops and eateries - The Pet Corner, All About Hawaii, Blazin’ Steaks, and Point Break.

The Pet Corner - The Pet Spot at Ward Warehouse is now under new ownership and will be renamed The Pet Corner.  The Pet Corner will carry a large selection of pet supplies, not just for dogs, but also for cats, birds, small animals, and fish.  The new shop will also sell puppies, all of which come from small, local breeders.  To insure the humane treatment of dogs, The Pet Corner performs home inspections before allowing the breeders’ puppies to be sold at the store.

All About Hawaii - All About Hawaii opened on Aug. 16 at Ward Centre near Borders Books & Music.  The store offers island-inspired apparel for women, including M.Mac and Noe Clothing, which are offered exclusively at the Ward Centre location. All About Hawaii also sells bags, baby blankets, locally made cookies, and salad dressing.

Blazin’ Steaks - Blazin’ Steaks opened on July 1 at Ward Warehouse, Diamond Head Food Court.  The eatery offers affordable steak, garlic steak, shrimp, fish, and chicken plates, as well as party platters.

Point Break - Point Break will open Sept. 16 at the Ward Centre Streetfront, next to Taco Del Mar. The store will offer custom epoxy surfboards at unbeatable prices from reputable shapers. In addition, they’ll carry the latest in surf apparel and accessories for men and women from top surf brands including Volcom, Quiksilver, Rip Curl, O'Neill, Reef, Fox Riders, Lost, Lucy Love, Havaianas, and Melissa, as well as a large assortment of dresses and Brazilian bikinis at every-day low prices.
