FOUR NEW MERCHANTS THIS SUMMER

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 7/9/10 - This summer, Ward Centers welcomes four new merchants to its family of more than 135 shops and eateries - Pablo McGinty’s Mexican Cantina, Clay Café, San Lorenzo Bikinis, and The Gold Guys.

Pablo McGinty’s Mexican Cantina - Pablo McGinty’s Mexican Cantina will open at Ward Centre by early August.  The menu will include authentic Mexican dishes, all handmade in-house using only fresh ingredients, as well as a few classic and contemporary Irish dishes.   Pablo McGinty’s Mexican Cantina will operate from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. and will offer a pau hana and late night happy hour menu with food and drink specials, as well as a weekly “Taco Tuesdays” event.  The bar will feature a full line of Mexican beers, tequila and made-to-order margaritas using fresh, local ingredients.

Clay Cafe - Paint your own pottery at Clay Café at Ward Warehouse.  The studio offers a variety of different pottery pieces, including figurines, plates, bowls, and more.  On Saturdays and Sundays, Clay Café accepts reservations for large parties (minimum of eight painters, maximum of 32 painters), including birthday parties.  For birthdays, guests can bring their own food, drinks and decorations.  The birthday child, age 12 and younger, will receive a free birthday memory plate.

San Lorenzo Bikinis - San Lorenzo Bikinis recently opened its fifth Oahu location at Ward Entertainment Center.  The store offers its popular, colorful line of bikinis, as well as Anna Belle women’s clothing and accessories.

The Gold Guys - The Gold Guys, one of the premier precious metals dealers in the country, has served more than 45,000 customers since opening their first store in 2008.  The Gold Guys pay on the spot for unwanted jewelry made of gold, silver or platinum.  Its Ward Centre location offers an inviting, pressure-free atmosphere for walk-in service, as well as gold parties.  The store has an upscale feel and expert staff that explains the process of weighing and testing the gold while the customer is present.  Mail-in service is also available.
