WARD CENTERS WELCOMES TWO NEW MERCHANTS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 4/22/2011 - In March, Ward Centers welcomed two new merchants to its family of more than 135 shops and eateries – Secured Gold Buyers and Tango Market, which launched “Friday Night Barbeque at Tango Market” on April 15.

Tango Market – Tango Market, located streetfront at Ward Centre, near Borders Books & Music, is Tango Café chef and owner Goran Streng’s new casual dining concept. The eatery serves light breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings, as well as café drinks and homemade desserts. For families on the go, Chef Goran’s signature dishes, including duck confit and braised chicken, can be purchased by the pound from the eatery with a 24-hour notice.

Tango Market also offers fun dining options. On Friday evenings, the restaurant hosts “Friday Night Barbeque at Tango Market,” a BYOB gourmet barbeque on its outdoor patio from 4-9 p.m. Menu options, which range from $10-$13, include chicken, Chef Goran’s Famous Hoisin Barbeque Ribs, grilled flank steak, or lemongrass shrimp skewers (with vegetables). All choices are served with baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, and seasoned multigrain rice.

From Saturday through Thursday, Tango Market serves afternoon tea from 2-5 p.m. For $11.95 per person, customers can enjoy their choice of Tango tea, as well as finger sandwiches, scones, chocolate dipped strawberries, and fresh fruit tartlets.

Secured Gold Buyers – Secured Gold Buyers offers instant appraisals and on-the-spot cash for unwanted gold, silver and platinum jewelry. The store is located at Ward Warehouse, next to T&C Surf Design.
