 FREE FAMILY SUMMER FUN WITH WARD ADVENTURES
Activities Take Place the First Sunday of the Month and Include Performances, Games, Giveaways and Prizes for Children 12 and Under

To kick off the day Chris da Clown will entertain na keiki at the Ward Warehouse Amphitheater.  Following the show, each participating family will receive a Ward Adventure Map and Adventure Bag to lead them to a variety of free activities – games, crafts and the chance to win prizes – until 1 p.m.  Stops along the Adventure Map include The Pet Spot, Taj Clubhouse, Hawaiian Moon, Novel T World and Little People Hawaii at Ward Warehouse; Red Pineapple and Cupcake Boutique at Ward Centre; Dave & Buster’s and Quiksilver Youth at Ward Entertainment Center, Mauka to Makai and Jamba Juice at Ward Gateway Center; and Nordstrom Rack at Ward Village.
Novel T World features a chance to win an American Flag gift by winning an aim & toss ball game.  At Red Pineapple, Ward Adventurers can pick up a free mini-bag of Auntie Nalani’s Cookies and Cupcake Boutique will offer mini cupcakes for na keiki to decorate.
Other activities include a free stamping activity at Taj Clubhouse and Quiksilver Youth, a “Dog-Cat-Bunny-make-3-in-a-row game” to win a prize at The Pet Spot, spin the wheel for a fun prize at Little People Hawaii, “Go Fish” at Hawaiian Moon, make your own visor for the summer at Nordstrom Rack, and a stamping activity to decorate your free tote bag at Mauka to Makai.  Participants can stop by Jamba Juice to pick up a free coloring book and crayons.  Dave and Buster’s will also present each participating child with a free VIP Power Card.  Along the journey, the Adventure Bag can be used to pick up goodies and coupons for discounts at participating merchants.
Each participating location will stamp in a designated area on the Adventure Map.  Once the map has four stamps, Ward Adventurers can head over to Ward Centre to receive a special gift. 
After the morning’s activities, games and prizes, lunch specials will be offered by E&O Trading Company where keiki eat free with each paid adult entrée (valid all day long).  Kakaako Kitchen will offer Uncle Russ’s Keiki menu for only $3.95 for a choice of four different plates.

Ward Adventures is held on the first Sunday of every month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The participating merchants and activities vary every month.  The activities are free and open to the public.  For more information, go to www.wardcenters.com.
