Inspired by authentic recipes from countries in Southeast Asia, E&O at Ward Centre offers an array of tantalizing flavors that have earned both critical and popular acclaim. Notable selections include the signature Indonesian Corn Fritters with chili-soy dipping sauce, Mango Glazed Thai Ribs, Burmese Ginger Salad, Oven Roasted Black Cod with the Matcha Green Tea Rice and Tea Smoked Pork Lettuce Cups. 2nd course: Indian salad sampler, roasted red pepper hummus, Baba ganoush, taboulah salad

3rd course: Martibak Telor, filo wrapped quiche, with panir, spinach accompanied with red curry sauce

4th course: Kashmiri Lamb chops, warm barley salad, pecan-date chutney

Dessert course: Chocolate stuffed samosa, panir mousse, grand marnier cappuccino sauce, poached raspberries
