Lauhala Hat Weaving Demonstrations

Are held at the Ward Warehouse common area, Ewa end on Saturday's through February from 9:00am to 2:00pm.  Victoria Ward customers can come by to "talk story" with the lauhala weaving aunties and watch a time-honored tradition of lauhala weaving.  Classes are being taught by Aunty Gladys Grace and Uncle Frank Masagatani, who use the traditional techniques of weaving from old Hawaii.
