approximately 1,300,000 square feet of building under lease in Kakaako,
the retail hub of Honolulu. The company is the owner and developer of
the VICTORIA WARD CENTERS, which
includes Ward Centre, Ward Farmers Market, Ward Gateway Center, Ward Village
Shops, The Ward Warehouse, and a new 150,000 sq. ft. entertainment center,
which opened in summer 2001. Victoria Ward, Limited also owns and operates
office, commercial and industrial properties. |
