FULL-TIME STORE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:
~ Meet financial objectives
~ Ensure pricing is correct
~ Work on store displays
~ Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
~ Evaluate on-the-job performance.
~ Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
~ Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
~ Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
~ Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
~ Organize and distribute staff schedules
~ Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
~ Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Bean and Vanilla Boutique is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor who can manage staff, coach and develop sales techniques in employees, and work independently. Position is full time.

**Experience as manager in retail sales environment is a must!**
