E&O; Trading Company Restaurant      The E&O; Trading Company menu opens with a collection of small plates of special grilled satay offerings, wood-oven naan breads, and other hot and cold "East meets West" appetizers. The menu also includes a superior collection of salads and some soups. These salads are a combination of traditional greens and South Asian styles such as noodle and rice based salads. Simple, fresh, and high quality proteins and vegetable items together with fresh fish, beef, lamb, seafood, poultry, and pork, are offered from the kiawe grill. Complemented with South Asian style greens and starches, these grill items are differentiated by the Spice Islands sauces offered as mops and dips.
