Gift Cards

GGP Gift Cards are accepted at most shops and restaurants at Ward Centers (where American Express is accepted), including Ward 16 Theatre. To check your gift card balance, call the toll-free number on the back of your card or visit www.ggpgiftcard.com. You can also check your balance at the convenient gift card readers located at Ward Centers: at Ward Warehouse (fronting Opal Fields and The Chowder House), Ward Centre (opposite the ATM Machine), and Ward Entertainment Center (next to the elevators on the ground level).

As of October 1, 2009, GGP malls introduced the new Shop etc. Gift Cards. These gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500 and may be used anywhere American Express is accepted. The new Shop etc. gift cards are available for purchase at the Ala Moana Customer Service Center (phone: 955-9517) during mall hours via credit card --Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We apologize, but cash, personal checks or traveler’s checks are no longer accepted. You may check your Shop etc. gift card balance at any one of 4 gift card balance readers mentioned above, visit www.shopetcgiftcard.com or call toll free 1-800-330-9964.

Victoria Ward Gift Certificates (paper certificates) - If you discover that you are in possession of an old paper gift certificate, please take it to the Customer Service Center at Ala Moana Center for validation. If valid, the paper gift certificate will be converted to a Shop Etc. gift card (minimum value of gift cards are $20). The shops and restaurants at Ward can no longer accept them. If you would like to call the Ala Moana Center Customer Service beforehand, please call 955-9517 during shopping center hours.
