There's still time to participate in Ward Centers' GIVEandGET Weekend

HONOLULU—Ward Centers is offering local nonprofit and school groups a fun and easy opportunity to raise money during GIVEandGET Weekend, March 30-April 1. Participating nonprofit organizations will sell $10 tickets that entitle ticket holders to exclusive offers, prizes and festivities, just in time for Easter, Mother’s Day, Graduation and Father’s Day gift shopping. One hundred percent of the ticket proceeds will go directly to the nonprofit or school group selling the tickets.

More than 80 shops and restaurants throughout Ward Centers will offer exclusive discounts to GIVEandGET ticket holders. Below are some of the great deals:

20% OFF & More: Divalicious, Xcel Wetsuits, CaraMia, Jewel Flair, Eden in Love, Chelsea, Cinnamon Girl, Taj Clubhouse, Island Slipper, Rainbowtique, MisFortune Hawaii, Basique Threads, Downtown Gifthings, Local Fever and more.

10% – 50% OFF Dining: Ryan’s Grill, Mocha Java Cafe, Big City Diner, Kincaid’s, Sushi at Ward, Dairy Queen, Subway and more.

Super Deals: Buy one, get one free at Jamba Juice; buy one, get one half off at Menchie’s; and $10 off an express wax at Car Detailing at Ward Centre.

In addition to great deals, ticket holders will receive spectacular perks, including complimentary 3-minute mini-massages by lomilomi practitioner Bert MacDonald at Ward Warehouse, Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., and free Keiki ID at Ward Centre, daily, 1-4 p.m. With a GIVEandGET ticket, shoppers can also enter to win one of five $100 shopping sprees and spin the prize wheel to win great prizes from Ward merchants. Shoppers who spend $100 or more at Ward shops and restaurants from March 30-April 1 can present their receipts, along with their GIVEandGET ticket, to receive a free Ward Centers tote bag. One tote per ticket; limit of 100 totes distributed per day.

GIVEandGET Weekend is Ward Centers’ second major annual fundraiser for local charities and school groups. The event is sponsored in part by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and COX Radio Hawaii.
