HONOLULU – Celebrate the holiday season with gifts and goodies from Ward Centers, which offers more than 100 locally owned and operated merchants, and more than 50 “Only at Ward” merchants. Ward Centers is the perfect destination for unique shopping to help you find gifts for everyone on your Christmas list while spending time with your loved ones and giving back to the community. Take a trolley ride to view the dazzling Christmas lights of City Hall and Downtown Honolulu, have your pet take a picture with Santa, and treat your family to a tasty spaghetti lunch with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Ward Warehouse, all while benefiting a local nonprofit with your money spent. Savor a spaghetti lunch with your family while getting into the holiday spirit with Santa & Mrs. Claus at the Old Spaghetti Factory at Ward Warehouse. The $14 ticket also includes a magic show and holiday crafts for keiki. Tickets go on sale Nov. 1 at Old Spaghetti Factory and sell out quickly. Limit 10 tickets per adult. Tickets must be purchased in person. Phone reservations are not available.
Honolulu City Lights Trolley Tours (Dec. 4-30, excluding Christmas Eve & Christmas Day)
Proceeds benefit the Hawaii Food Bank
Enjoy an exciting ride to view the glittering Christmas lights of City Hall and Downtown Honolulu. Non-stop trolley rides are approximately 20 minutes long and depart nightly from Ward Warehouse. Pre-sale tickets are $5 per person and are available (while supplies last) for purchase at the Ward Warehouse mall area near Pa‘ina Café and T&C Surf Designs on Nov. 25 (9 a.m.-6 p.m.), Nov. 26-27 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) and Nov. 28-Dec. 16 (11 a.m.-7 p.m.). Keiki under 45-inches tall must purchase a cabin seat and be accompanied by an adult. Keiki 3 years and under are free and must sit in the cabin on the lap of their parent or guardian. Cash or check only. Limit 10 tickets per adult.
Visit with Santa (Nov. 25-Dec. 4)
From Nov. 25 through Dec. 24, keiki of all ages are welcome to visit with Santa at Ward Centre, between Toys “R” Us Express and Paul Brown Salon, where he will make daily appearances Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Professional photos will be available for purchase.
Senior Giving Tree (Nov. 25-Dec. 14)

For those who would like to reach out to help brighten the holiday for seniors this season, Senior Giving Trees will be located at Nordstrom Rack, Ward Centre Diamond Head side near Sedona, and at the ‘Ewa end of Ward Warehouse on the ground floor. Customers are invited to pick a holiday ornament off the trees and purchase a gift to help fulfill a senior’s special holiday wish.
Photos with Santa Paws (Dec. 3, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Dec. 4, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.)
$25 donation to Hawaiian Humane Society
Whether they’ve been naughty or nice, your pets can have their holiday photos taken with Santa by a professional photographer for a $25 donation. Pet owners will receive a CD of all images
taken. Photo sessions will take place at the ‘Ewa end of Ward Warehouse. Photos will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Christmas Tree Decorating Contest (Nov. 25-Dec. 24
Benefits Local Schools
Christmas trees decorated with hand-crafted ornaments by local intermediate and high school students will be on display from Nov. 25-Dec. 24. Shoppers can vote for their favorite Christmas tree at the display area. Three schools will be selected by a panel of judges to win the top cash prizes. A cash prize will also be awarded to the school with the most customer votes. Open during Santa hours.
Gift Wrapping Service (Friday-Sunday, Dec. 9-11; Daily, Dec. 16-24; mall hours)

Let the happy helpers at Ward Centers ease some holiday stress by wrapping your gifts for a nominal charge. Gift wrapping stations are located at the ‘Ewa end of the ground floor of Ward Warehouse and at Ward Centre near Genki Sushi.
Holiday Entertainment
Come and celebrate the holidays in true Hawaiian style! Keiki hula dancers, school bands and strolling carolers will perform at Ward Centers throughout the month of December:
• Dec. 2, 9, 16, 23 (Friday): Christmas Caroling at Ward Centre by Leeward Community College Kanikapila Singers from 6:30-8 p.m., including a 15-minute performance at the street corner fronting Kakaako Kitchen.
• Dec. 3, 10, 17 (Saturday): Christmas Band Concerts at Ward Warehouse Amphitheater from 1 p.m.-2 p.m.
• Dec. 4, 11, 18 (Sunday): Christmas Keiki Hula at Ward Warehouse Amphitheater from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Holiday Gift with Purchase
Ward Centers will offer three weekends of free ReWards to shoppers during the month of December, while supplies last. To receive each gift, Ward customers must present $100 in Ward shopping and/or dining receipts to the redemption counters located at Island Slipper at Ward Warehouse or Crazy Shirts Outlet at Ward Centre. Redemption counters for the poinsettia plant will be in the mall at the ‘Ewa end of Ward Warehouse and at Ward Centre near Paul Brown Salon. Following is the holiday gift with purchase schedule:
• Dec. 2-4: $10 shopping certificate redeemable through Dec. 24 at select Ward stores
• Dec. 9-11: $10 Santa’s Pen personalized ornament
• Dec. 16-18: Free poinsettia plant
