Support Local Nonprofits and Get Great Savings at Ward Centers' Festival of Giving Nov 4-6
HONOLULU—Get a head start on holiday shopping, score exclusive savings, receive fabulous perks, and help a local nonprofit by purchasing a ticket to Ward Centers’ Festival of Giving. The popular annual fundraising and shopping event is being held this year from Friday through Sunday, Nov. 4-6, 2011. Shoppers who purchase $10 tickets receive exclusive discounts and offers from more than 95 participating shops and restaurants throughout Ward Centers, as well as special perks throughout the weekend. Participating nonprofit groups will keep 100 percent of their ticket proceeds. This year, more than 95 organizations are participating, including:

Tickets may be purchased through any of the participating nonprofits, as well as at ticket counters through Ward Centers during Festival of Giving weekend. Select Ward Centers’ merchants will also be selling tickets to benefit a charity of their choosing. Special offers during Festival of Giving include:

Cottage by the Sea – 20-50 percent off storewide, including jewelry, clothing and gifts.

Ryan’s Grill – 20 percent off total bill (may not be applied with any other offer or happy hour).

20 percent off storewide (excluding sale items) – Calendar Club, CaraMia, Chelsea, Divalicious Boutique, Downtown Gifthings, Go! Games, Hawaii Doggie Bakery, MisFortune Hawaii, and Taj Clubhouse.
In addition to great deals, Festival of Giving ticket holders will receive spectacular perks, including free gift wrapping; free Ward Centers shuttle service; complimentary morning refreshments; free three-minute mini massages provided by Paul Brown Salon & Day Spa; use of the air conditioned rest area at Ward Centre; and free Keiki ID, balloons and coloring for kids. With a Festival of Giving ticket, shoppers can also enter to win one of five $100 shopping sprees and spin the Pepsi Prize Wheel to win great prizes from Ward merchants. Shoppers who spend $150 or more at Ward shops and restaurants from Nov. 4-6 can present their receipts, along with their Festival of Giving ticket, to receive a free $10 Honolulu Chocolate Company gift certificate. One certificate per ticketholder; limit of 200 certificates distributed per day.
