“Ward Centers greatly appreciates all of the wonderful support from the merchants and community organizations during this year’s GIVEandGET Weekend,” said Diane Bruce, Ward Centers marketing manager. “The current economic climate has made it especially difficult for local nonprofit organizations to raise funds for their causes, so Ward Centers is pleased to present multiple fundraising events such as GIVEandGET Weekend and Festival of Giving, throughout the year.”
GIVEandGET Weekend is Ward Centers’ second major annual fundraiser for local charities and school groups. It was formerly called Friends+Family+Community ReWARDS. For a complete listing of upcoming events such as Festival of Giving in November, please visit
